(1963-)Attorney, politician, and civil servant. Silva Pereira holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon's Faculty of Law (1985) as well as a master's in law (1993) from the same institution. He has been on the faculty of that law school, as well as at the Autonomous University of Lisbon.
